Get rid of supplies in areas that zombies populate, make survival gear, and purchase and sell equipment to ensure you and your campmates are alive long enough to master the essential skills needed to survive long-term.

Combat systems have their roots in classic role-playing games. You can combat strategically and learn to use various weapons, and utilize an array of explosives and traps. If you do not make it through the apocalypse, you can purchase upgrades using the medals you have earned from previous playthroughs to provide your new character with an edge from the beginning.

Pre-apocalypse careers that are unlocked for your character let you specialize in different tasks. Each playthrough has a different set of random challenges and survivors to encounter.
