Music Speed Changer permits users to alter the rate of sound files stored on their device in real-time without limiting their pitches (time stretch) or altering the rise but not changing your speed (pitch change). Additionally, it can set both speed and angle simultaneously. The app can also function as an audio looper, which allows you to reduce the rate of music and loop segments of music to facilitate training.

You could also save the altered audio to an M4A file to share with others or listen to in the other player.
