You may get open rail tickets using the official UTS portable application, which is available for Android devices. Can anybody use the Utson Mobile app? Individuals under the age of seventeen or those who have recently been suspended or terminated from the Indian Rail Route Administration are ineligible for assistance.

- The utsonmobile app is currently compatible with Android, Windows, and iOS.
- The GPRS network on the cell phone should be quite good.
- For the paperless ticketing system to work, the mobile device needs to be able to use GPS.
Customer registration for receiving the aforementioned services should be available through the UTSON MOBILE app or website (https://www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in). For the one-time signup, the passenger must provide details including their portable number, name, secret phrase, orientation, and birth date.
To verify the veracity of the mobile number entered against the client ID, the portable programme would send an OTP to that number. If the registration is successful, a text message will be delivered to the customer. The R-Wallet ledger would be reset to reflect a zero balance.

After signing up, users must input their credentials into the UtsonMobile app's login screen.

2 Cancellation of ticket:
When the total of the booking and cancellation fees is more than the face value of the paper ticket, the cancellation fee may be removed from the booking using the Utson Mobile app before the ticket is printed. No refunds will be given for cancelled paperless tickets.

6: Display a paid-for ticket
The ticket may be shown to the TTE (Traveling Ticket Inspector) or TC by pressing the “show pass” button. Paperless tickets may also be shown in an offline form if a user's mobile device does not have access to the Internet.
Paperless ticket buying (Book and Travel) isn't allowed on trains or inside stations so that people can't buy tickets without first going to a TTE (Traveling Ticket Expert) or TC. Customers who want to purchase paperless tickets must do so from a location that is neither the station itself nor the railway itself.
Before boarding the train, passengers who have booked their tickets using the paper ticket (Book and Print) method must get a printed copy of their tickets from the ATVM/CoTVM booths or the General Booking counters at the station.
